About Nursery Management Positions

Sunhill is a progressive company who encourage all employees to achieve their maximum potential. We seek managers who can make a difference to the day-to-day running of our nurseries. Of course you need the qualifications, knowledge and experience but not necessarily as a manager at present. We look for potential to work well within a team, good communicators, and willingness to take responsibility for the care and wellbeing of children, parents and staff. IT skills are a distinct advantage, however we will train you on our systems. The ability to gain knowledge, and to demonstrate a professional approach to staff and parents is just as important. Most of our senior managers started with us as nursery nurses, if you think you have what it takes to manage one of our nurseries - talk to us.
